Executive Coaching Package

6-8 Months

  • A 3-way goal alignment call with Coachee, Line Manager & Coach (where relevant)

  • An alignment call at the middle and end of the engagement.

  • 12 hours of coaching (flexible session duration)

  • Sharing of guided practices, models and resources as discussed and needed.

  • Access to Coach via emails and calls between sessions.

Additional

  • Stakeholder / 360 feedback may be gathered from stakeholders (via form or interviews) to support the definition of goals, raising self-awareness and to focus change effort.
