Sangat is a new offering from Sandeep to allow you to truly slow down, connect and be in community with others. Together, we will share the ancient practice of "Circle", a space where we come together without agenda, without advice giving or trying to get it "right" and find a new level of self-connection and collective wisdom. 

It is a space where anyone from any walk of life, background, culture, and creed can come together and experience our humanity.

At the heart of Sangat is a philosophy that stems from its Sanskrit roots.  "Sangat" (संगत) means "association," "companionship," "community," or "fellowship." It is derived from the root "Sang" (संग), which means "to associate" or "to come together." In various Indian languages and spiritual contexts, "Sangat" signifies the gathering or association of people, often with a shared purpose or goal, such as spiritual practice, communal living, or mutual support. 

Together we will share in this philosophy to create a space to help you pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters, these circles provide an exquisite blend of tranquillity and growth.

I cannot tell you precisely what we will do together, or how the space will unfold. But what I can tell you through my own experiences sitting in and facilitating this space is that it is transformative from the inside out.
